Information used for your subscription

• Your billing email, name when provided, subscription plan and status, and referral information.
• Payment-provider subscription and transaction references, amounts, currencies, payment history, and payment-event details received from the provider.
• Your service account identifier and access invitation email or account identifier, as applicable to your plan.
• If you connect Discord, your Discord user ID and display name. An encrypted authorization token is held in your checkout session when needed to complete the connection.
• Sign-in sessions, hashed email verification codes, and operational records used to manage account changes and troubleshoot failures.

Payments and service providers

New checkout is handled by PayPal. Existing Stripe subscriptions use Stripe for billing management. You enter payment credentials on the payment provider's checkout, not into a RaptorMedia payment form. RaptorMedia receives billing references and payment-event details, rather than storing your card number or security code in its subscription database.

Resend delivers account emails, including verification codes and setup messages. Hosted media servers and access providers process account information needed for access. Discord processes your identity and membership connection if you choose to link it. Administrative notifications can include your email, plan, and payment or access status. Cloudflare handles traffic to this website and can process connection information such as IP addresses.

Payment providers and connected services have their own privacy practices. This page describes the subscription website; it does not promise that connected services, Discord, or network providers keep no activity or connection records.

Your browser also requests fonts from Google Fonts and styling software from the Tailwind CDN. Those services receive connection information when their resources load.

Cookies and sign-in

A session cookie keeps track of sign-in, checkout, and Discord connection steps. The website's session cookie has a 24-hour lifetime. Email verification codes expire after 10 minutes. These expiry times control access; they are not a promise that every associated database or backup record is immediately deleted.

Retention and deletion requests

Cancelling billing does not automatically delete your subscriber record, payment history, operational records, or backups. Service-account cleanup is separate from deletion of billing records. To ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion, email [email protected] from your billing address. Ask support which records can be removed and which must be retained before closing your account.
